Sorry, but I don't think there is any such thing. The prices inside the park are highly over-inflated. We ended up staying at a hotel nearby that provided free buffet breakfast and lunch. The children with us were 7 and 4, and they actually benefited from the down time we got when we ran back to the hotel to eat. Wish I could remember the name of it! Good luck.

Staying on Disney property, either at a Disney resort or in the sister hotel community of Lake Buena Vista, will really add to your pleasure. If you've never been, it is hard to imaging how geographically HUGE WDW is, but it can be a long drive (thirty minutes to an hour during busy times) just from the parking lot of the Magic Kingdom to the WDW exit. If you stay 'on campus' then you don't need to drive at all. The WDW Transportation System consists of buses, ferry boats, and the monorail system and will take you everywhere on WDW property, so instead of driving around getting lost, you can spend that time having fun with the kids. The down side of this is that food costs a small fortune on campus. Ideally you can stock up on some groceries for your hotel room and have an alternative to those $5 bagels and $12 hamburgers. Getting a room with a fridge and microwave can be a mighty good investment -- you save by fixing some of your meals right in the room and you also get a bigger, nicer, more conveniently located hotel.

I'm going to have to agree with Lissacal...Average Priced and Disney are just words that do not go well together. Your best bet is if you absolutely have to eat the food at the Magic Kingdom or any of the other parks...go for counter service. Tomorrowland Terrace offers several different choices for so-so prices. Take snacks for your kids. I take my 7 year old niece and twin nephews that are 6 and if you don't take in your own snacks, you'll spend a fortune. Take juice packs and bottled water. I think a small bottle of water costs either $2.50 or $2.75 in the park. If at all possible, have dinner off of Disney property. There is a Chevy's Tex-Mex restaurant very close as well as a Pizzaria Uno and there's also a Gooding's grocery store. Hope you have a good time.

Disney has a new thing you can do. When you purchase your park tickets, you can opt for a "meal plan". With that you get your drink, entree and dessert. And also a coupon for a snack. It's more economical to do it that way. There are also a couple of McDonald's on property. The Earl of Sandwich at the Downtown Disney is pretty tasty. But your best bet for restaurant dining is the "meal plan" thing.

If you get that plan, be sure you call the restaurant you want to go to and get reservations. Just because you have the meal plan, doesn't guarantee you a spot in a particular

restaurant unless you make reservations.

My best suggestion is purchasing Birnbaums' DisneyWorld guide book. It lists all the restaurants in Disney and there is a price scale for each of them. A few fun places (not necessarily cheap) for kids are: Sci-Fi Dine-In Theatre in Disney Studios, Rainforest Cafe - Animal Kingdom, Coral Reef - EPCOT and the restaurant in Cinderella's Castle - Magic Kingdom

i always liked the one restaurant in tomorrow land. they have this really good chicken parmesan sandwich. also the fish and chips place in liberty square(near the hall of presidents) has some good food too. if you are going to be in epcot, the mexican pavilion has a really good taco stand in front of it. france has a nice pastry shop as well. have fun, i wish i was there.
