I'm partial to the Hard Rock Cafe. Not all HRCs in every city are worth eating at, but Orlando is one of my favorite. It has a huge screen with videos on it, and the waiters dance as well as the patrons (some, while eating!). If you like a more quiet dinner, they have a lot of tables on top that are out of the way, so you can have a nice intimate, romantic meal if you want, too.
